My pet urinated more frequently and has accidents. ______ 10. My pet sometimes seems stiff or has difficulty getting up and down or is sore after running and jumping. ______ 11. My pet has been coughing or seems winded after walking or playing, or has excessive panting. ______ 12. My pet's behavior or personality has changed recently. ______ 13. My pet has new or unusual growths or lumps.
