Dr. Pocock is a graduate of the Royal Veterinary College in London and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Davidson College. She spent a happy childhood in eastern North Carolina at the barn, a habit she continues to indulge with her warmblood filly, Pip. Her love of travel and learning took her all over the UK and the world during vet school, and she feels so lucky to call this corner of the world home for now. She lives in Crozet with her wife, daughter, and two terriers, Lucy (pictured) and Linus, and their enormous cat, Schroeder. Dr. Pocock enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special place in her heart for patients with orthopedic and neurological challenges, which led her to pursue certification in veterinary rehabilitation.
